These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NavoBook, a cloud-based ERP platform operated by NavoBook ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using NavoBook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using NavoBook on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
NavoBook provides a cloud-based ERP platform that includes modules for accounting, inventory, sales, purchases, banking, HR & payroll, production, fixed assets, e-commerce, tax management, and audit trail. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use NavoBook for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfere with or disrupt the service, upload malicious code, or resell access to the platform without our written consent.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into NavoBook. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. We use your data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Free tier accounts are available with usage limitations. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.
NavoBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days, after which your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
